X-mas Gifts made by Social Production

The Kutech advertising agency from Ranzelsdorf in Lower Austria (www.kutech.at) has decided, upon recommendation of the innovation platform of socially produced, in favor of X-mas gifts made by social production this year. The customers will receive useful gifts this year, in addition to regionally produced egg liqueur and a photo calendar from the Childrenplanet development aid project also fireplace lighters from the Vamos Association and the Lilienfeld Caritas Workshop.

The Lilienfeld Caritas Workshop currently offers individual work opportunities for 49 handicapped persons. The workers produce hand-made fireplace lighters as a recycled product made of wastepaper, egg cartons and candle rests.

Lighters made of wood sticks are produced by the Vamos Association, a charitable association in the South of Burgenland, which is concerned with all topics of inclusion of persons with special needs in all areas of life. Vamos live a social concept of society, in which persons with the most different needs treat one another respectfully.
