Organization
This initiative is supported by the non-profit goodworks Innovation Agency EEIG with their headquarters in Lower Austria and West Hungary and their partners. In Austria and Hungary, reliable partner organizations provide for direct contact and consultation specific to the respective region.
goodworks Innovation Agency
The basis of this organization is constituted by the goodworks Innovation Agency, organized as a non-profit EEIG – European Economic Interest Grouping. It was founded in December 2014, starting from the ETC project of “SoPro HU-AT” by the LEED non-profit Kft (HU), BIENE Association and KOMUNITAS OG (both in AT, Lower Austria). The goodworks Innovation Agency intend to expand the practice-oriented approach of socio-ecological production on a Europe-wide scale. To this end we initiate and support economic instances of cooperation, develop socially innovative products, and thus intend to contribute towards inclusive occupational opportunities, sustainable production and responsible consumption >> our mission
Linked all over Europe
Almost 20 strategic partners from the fields of economy, the environment and social affairs, umbrella organizations and sustainability networks support the development of goodworks into an internationally active initiative. In cooperation with European networks, such as the Working Community of the Danube Regions, SONDAR (Sustainable Operations Network in the Danube Region) REVES (European Network of Cities & Regions for the Social Economy), ESFN (European Social Franchising Network), social innovations and the model of socio-ecological production shall find their way into the practice of economy and society.
